Situated in the Hertfordshire countryside between Royston and Cambridge, this bespoke garden and landscape project combines contemporary detailing with traditional materials to create a refined and durable outdoor space. A striking bespoke archway constructed from treated pine timbers forms a strong architectural feature, while elevated decking built on a composite sub base is finished with English white oak boards and stainless steel hidden clip fixings for a clean, seamless appearance. The driveway is framed with black barn style featheredge fencing, complemented by unique hand crafted English white oak posts and pinnacles finished in ebony. Beautifully millimetre perfect cedar slat baton fencing provides privacy and warmth, softened by considered planting including spindle trees, star jasmine, and cherry blossom. The scheme is anchored by a retaining wall formed from solid English white oak railway sleepers, adding structure, longevity, and natural character to the garden.
