Situated in the coastal Suffolk town of Southwold, this bespoke garden project blends natural materials with characterful vintage details to create a relaxed yet highly crafted outdoor space. Custom cedar baton fencing defines the garden with warmth and texture, while mixed size Scottish cobbles and oak sleeper edging add structure and durability underfoot. Reclaimed elements, including a fir stump, vintage oak bench, glass buoy, anchor, and wind dial, introduce a sense of history and coastal charm. Planting features star jasmine to soften the scheme and bring seasonal fragrance. The garden is completed with a handcrafted English oak gate, detailed with forged blacksmith round headed nails and black steel ironmongery, alongside a bespoke porch with lead flashing and custom lead trim to ensure longevity and refined detailing throughout.
